HVAC Repair: Upgraded an outdated thermostat with a modern programmable unit, allowing for better temperature scheduling and improved energy management.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 units. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, removed debris, cleared drainage holes. Observed a rusting in the outside condenser, measured pressures for R22 at 48/120psi with 17 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 60degrees. Observed the suction line icing up. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. Observed significant rusting on the evaporator coil. Observed more icing on the inside coil. Recommend upgrading the system based on age and condition of the system.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 units. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Homeowner will changed filter in ceiling. No longer using 213 filter media. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit removed debris and VMware’s drainage holes. measured pressures for 410a at 111/206psi with 10degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 60 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 18.5 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and cleared condensate line. System running as it should.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Removed condenser top and clear debris. Chemically Cleaned outside coils and cleared drain holes, measured pressures for R407c at 47/101psi with 1.4 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 48 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 21 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and condensate line. Changed 213 media filter provided by Climate Plus. System running as it should.
HVAC Repairs: Upon inspecting a client’s HVAC system, I discovered damaged insulation on the electrical wiring, posing both safety and performance concerns. I promptly replaced the compromised insulation to restore safe and efficient system operation.
Removed old boiler installed new crown velocity boiler. Installed four new zones plus an indirect tank was existing. Piped in indirect tank the proper way on auxiliary. Installed magna clean, expansion tank, spiral vent, Purge setup, with three separate circulator pumps. Pumps also included four zone valves. Everything is isolated and operating at this time. Ran 2-in PVC outside vented proper distances from Windows and doors.
Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 2 gas fired furnaces 1 in basement and 1 in the attic. Attic Furnace System: Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Changed 14x24x1 filter provided by customer. Brushed and Wiped down furnance blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Cleaned the flame sensor.. Measure temperature rise at 42 degrees. Performed Combustion Test. System is operating as it should. Discuss replacement of basement system as it is near 20 years and has used over 95% of its life expectancy. Homeowner would like to wait a couple more years.
Arrived onsite for maintenance on 4 systems. Performed inspection of the performance, mechanical, and safety systems. Started in suite 202. Confirmed operation of all systems. Cleaned washable filters on 3 mini split cassettes. Changed 20x20x1 ceiling filter. Measured temperature drop of 20 degrees on the big unit. 23 degrees in the small unit. 17 degrees on the ceiling split system.
3/7/25 Arrived onsite for no heating on a gas fired boiler with 2 zones. Performed diagnostic and found the fault in the control system where it was not recognizing the draft damper is open. The plug receptor would not properly connect. Attempted to make a better connection but could not. Recommend replacing aquastat relay. Customer agreed to repair and signed up for elite partner plan. 3/8/25 performed repair and confirmed operation of the boiler Looked at failed AC system. Found rodent nest but did not observe chewed wires. Homeowner would like an estimate for replacement of the AC; or may like to try to fix the system.
Arrived onsite for continue diagnostic on mini split error code. Upon arrival customer explained that the error code cleared itself. Performed diagnostic but did not find an issue. If problem happens again we can attempt to trouble shoot with tech support when the error code is present.
Arrived onsite for fujistu mini split not working. Received error code. Performed diagnostic utilizing Fujitsu technician support. Found possible fault in control boards. Will perform further diagnostic on inside unit to confirm which boards are affected. Scheduled return visit for March 4th 5pm.
Air duct cleaning refers to the removal of dust and contaminants within the ductwork. Cleaning of the main supply duct system utilizing a Nikro negative air machine. All access points for the cleaning tools to enter the system are patched and sealed. The Nikro machine is a powerful vacuum that whisks away all dust and debris, preventing it from re-circulating throughout the home.
Heat Pump Maintenance: Addressed a client's concerns about inconsistent heating. Conducted a thorough inspection of their heat pump, cleaned the outdoor coil, and optimized refrigerant levels. The client now benefits from improved heating performance and energy savings.
Recovered the refrigerant from the old system, disconnected, and removed the furnace, condenser, and evaporator coil. Installed a new furnace, coil and heat pump condenser. Upgraded the zone control panel to properly communicate with the heat pump. Performed all of the necessary, high and low-voltage wiring connections, all of the required refrigerant, piping connections, and condensate drain connections. Reconnected the gas line and checked for leaks, all OK evacuated the system to 350 µm and confirm that it held for 10 minutes. Started up the system and added .57 ounce of R410 refrigerant, Connected to measure quick and performed a full system report, the new system is now operating and cooling properly.
